A solid groover from Horace Silver's late-60s era. All the soulful compositions and solos you'd hope for are here and then some. Includes a young Randy Brecker on trumpet and some fantastic Joe Henderson-esque tenor playing from the great Bennie Maupin, not to mention one of the earliest appearances by Billy Cobham on record on the drums. Killer. LP is a beautiful VG++. Gate fold cover is a very nice VG+.
